• Storage: We use Google Firebase for cloud storage and database management.

• International Transfers: As our service providers operate globally, your information may be transferred to and processed in countries outside of your home country (including the United States). We ensure that such transfers are protected by appropriate legal safeguards, such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

5. Data Retention & Subscription Policy

• Active Subscriptions: Your data is retained as long as your subscription (Monthly or Yearly) remains active to ensure continuous access to your account.

• Auto-Deletion: To ensure data privacy, all account data and wedding plans will be automatically deleted 3 months after your subscription expires, unless the subscription is renewed.

• Manual Deletion: You may use the "Delete Account" feature within the App settings at any time to immediately and permanently remove all your personal data.

6. Your Global Privacy Rights

Depending on your location, you have the following rights regarding your data:

• Access & Portability: Request a copy of your data in a portable format.

• Correction: Request the update of inaccurate information.

• Deletion: Request the permanent removal of your personal data.

• Objection/Restriction: Object to certain types of processing.

• Withdraw Consent: Withdraw consent at any time where we rely on it (e.g., for dietary data).
