Customer Agreement

Thank you for choosing Wedding Invitation Videos. This agreement explains the basic terms of our service so that we both have the same expectations.

1. Our Service

We create personalized whiteboard-style wedding invitation videos using professionally designed animation templates. Customers personalize the wording, wedding details, RSVP information, and may provide photographs for inclusion in the video. The animation style and artwork remain part of the original design.

2. Customer Responsibilities

The customer agrees to provide accurate names, dates, locations, RSVP information, photographs (if used), and all other wording before production begins. Wedding Invitation Videos is not responsible for errors supplied by the customer.

3. Proof Approval

A preview or proof may be provided before the final video is delivered. The customer is responsible for reviewing all information carefully. Approval confirms that names, dates, spelling, times, and other details are correct.

4. Final Delivery

The completed video will be delivered as a high-quality digital MP4 file through a secure download link. The customer is responsible for downloading and saving the file after delivery.

5. Revisions

Corrections to errors made by Wedding Invitation Videos will be made at no charge. Changes requested after customer approval or changes to information originally provided may require an additional fee.

6. Copyright

The customer receives a personal license to use and share the finished wedding invitation video for their wedding. The original artwork, animation templates, and production materials remain the property of Wedding Invitation Videos and may not be copied, resold, or redistributed as templates.

7. Portfolio Permission

Unless otherwise requested in writing before production begins, the customer grants Wedding Invitation Videos permission to display the completed invitation video, or portions of it, for portfolio, website, and marketing purposes.

8. Limitation of Liability

Wedding Invitation Videos' responsibility is limited to the amount paid for the video. We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by incorrect customer information, internet outages, third-party services, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
