9.3.2023
we visited SNFCC to meet Mr. Giannatos, our Mentor
detailed and exceptionally insightful
after a tour
guided by our mentor
we stopped for a creative dance activity in the open space that SNFCC offers
and then sat down to work....
this is what we came for
to learn how to do a proper business plan
Mr. Giannatos is a real Mentor! He had everything planned in detail in advance
so everyone had something to do to contribute to the business plan of our virtual company
We Care 2 and we proved it...we actually worked and cooperated in an inspiring atmosphere
each student contributed
on our way back
we thanked ur mentor
taking some photos to remind us of his kind support
farewell SNFCC...it was great!
ARDUINO DAY
First steps:
- setting up our Arduino
- programming it to flash a light when a correct answer is given in a quiz
- planning practical uses of our Arduino relevant to our projects
OUR TEAM IN ACTION
George Tsourakis is a member of the National Team of Robotics! and has won many prizes! We are proud to have him in our team! He is inspiration for the younger ones.
CONNECT Project on MICROPLASTICS
Our students are concerned about the environment and the impact we have had on it as humans so far. One of the disasters we have carelessly and unintenionally caused is that of the development and massive use of PLASTIC!
Plastic is everywhere and it has even entered our DNA.... so action needs to be taken.... urgently!
We will try to raise awareness and bring change through daily practices towards a healthier future for all.
CONNECT Project on CLIMATE CHANGE
Our students :
are concerned about radical climate changes ;
observe extreme weather conditions and their impact on humans and animals;
try to inform people and raise awareness; promote change in our actions and practices so as to support life on Earth and minimise human interference that may trigger natural disasters.
Our main aim is to help everyone become a conscious caring inhabitant of this planet.
