The truth is simple. There is really only one cause of "disease": toxicity (or acidosis) and only one way to heal: detoxification (or alkalization). My name is Brandon. The body, in its simplicity, is basically nothing but trillions of cells and two major fluids to serve them: blood (the kitchen- feeds them) and lymph (the bathroom- cleans them), and there are only two types of chemistry: acidic (burns, corrosive) and alkaline (cools, restorative). The body, in order to function properly, should be predominantly alkaline.
The problem lies in consuming foods unnatural to our species. Refined foods (fried foods, refined sugar, white bread, isolated protein, etc.), especially animal protein (red meat, poultry, fish, eggs, dairy- especially pasteurized, etc.), are highly mucus-forming, putrefactive, and acidic in their breakdown (and lack sufficient alkaline minerals- electrolytes). They cause inflammation and congestion to the kidneys and bowels, the main eliminative organs of our lymphatic system (the body's sewer). This leads to clogged lymph and systemic acidosis as elimination shuts down and cellular and metabolic wastes (acids) and other toxins become trapped throughout the body. These acids overwork organs and glands and stimulate and eventually damage cells beginning in genetically weak areas, leading to all manner of so-called "diseases". This also provides an excellent home for parasites and infection. Eventually, the body plaques cholesterol, forms stones, holds water (edema), and forms cysts and tumors to try and buffer these acids. A weak thyroid (exacerbated by excess mucus) contributes further to this condition because of an inability to sweat out toxins. These foods also lack in essential nutrients and fiber and tax the body's vital energy reserves to try and digest. Also, stimulants like adrenaline (in meat) and caffeine, excess stress, and lack of rest, further contribute to damaged adrenal glands overtime (they regulate mineral levels, inflammation response, and the autonomic nervous system).
Humans, as frugivores (fruit-eaters, includes the great apes, ref. Genesis 1:29), are really only suited for and attracted to fruits, and to some extent, tender leafy greens, in their natural states. These foods (especially fruits, berries, and melons) are highly alkalizing, cleansing (astringent), easy to digest (frees up energy for healing), and eaten together, provide all essential nutrients. They help move the lymphatic system and restore balance throughout the body, allowing it to cleanse and rebuild. When eaten exclusively, they help the body fully restore itself and overcome "disease", despite genetics. Overall vitality and stamina improve dramatically and even common ailments like colds (excess mucus involvement) and body odor become a thing of the past. *Other plant-based foods, such as whole food starches, unprocessed fats, nuts, and seeds represent middle-of-the-road options and are just slightly acidic. Depending on the severity of the condition, they may be used in transition, or even as part of the detox protocol.
During initial detoxification, some will experience a "healing crisis" (symptoms of healing sometimes mimic "disease" symptoms as acids are pulled out of tissues and the body rebuilds) and may wish to slow down the process with more vegetables, fats, cooked veggies, etc. or just power through it.
Because of the depths of some conditions it may be advisable to use tissue specific herbs/ herbal formulas (I recommend Dr. Morse's or similar) and/or intermittent fasting to help balance and regenerate the body at a quicker pace and allow ease of detoxification (alleviates healing crises; anti-parasitic herbs can help with potential cravings). One sign of true detoxification is that your kidneys will began to efficiently dump lymphatic wastes- their proper function. This is called kidney filtration, and you will notice it as cloudy sediment in your urine. I know many people who have rid themselves of cancer, nerve disorders (including paralysis), severe injuries (including severed spine), diabetes, arthritis, "auto-immune" disorders, allergies, viral loads, mental disorders, asthma, and other conditions with these methods and I haven't heard of any the body can't heal, even those from birth. There are no "diseases" of old age, only acidosis. We can reverse our genetic weaknesses so we don't pass them on to our children.
