The Webster University Sports Media and Analytics Club invites all interested individuals to present their research on October 3, 2026, at its Annual Baseball Research Conference.
Oral presentations are expected to last no longer than 15 minutes, followed by a five-minute question-and-answer period. If presentations are shorter than the allotted time, we will accelerate the schedule at our discretion. Please plan to be on-site for the entire day (or let us know if you need specific scheduling).
Only one submission is allowed per person.
Through on-site judging, the most highly-regarded oral presentation will receive the Jim Rygelski Baseball Research Award.
Descriptions or Abstracts are due by September 21.
Descriptions or abstracts of proposed research presentations should be no more than 500 words in length.
Both final projects and works in progress are welcome.
We will provide a computer and projector system, including speakers. Please let us know if your work requires a different type of AV equipment. Due to the room's configuration, presenters will need to use our computer.
