Allison Violette brings over two decades of extensive cheerleading experience to the Schroeder Varsity Cheerleading program. Her impressive background includes previously owning an all-star gym and leading teams to multiple national championship and grand titles.

In 2025, during her inaugural year as coach, Allison guided our competitive cheer program to a sectional championship and top 3 in New York State, a testament to her immediate impact and deep understanding of the sport.

Beyond the trophies, Allison's coaching philosophy centers on a "culture first" mindset, prioritizing the overall well-being and development of each athlete. She believes in fostering an environment where growth, teamwork, and character shine as brightly as any routine.

Allison resides with her husband, Chance, and their son, Vincent. Together, they share a deep love and passion for all things Schroeder. Go Warriors

Asia is a passionate and eager new addition to the Schroeder Cheerleading coaching staff, ready to share her love for the sport. This marks her first year coaching at the high school level, but her extensive cheerleading journey began as a Penfield Cheerleading athlete throughout her school years. She further honed her skills and passion by cheering for a year of all-star at the highest level, where she was directly coached by our very own Varsity Coach Allison.

Asia's coaching philosophy is deeply rooted in fostering a family-like atmosphere within her teams, a belief she genuinely "bleeds" both on and off the mat. She is incredibly excited to contribute to the rich Warrior legacy, bringing her dedication and enthusiasm to every practice and performance.

Stephanie joins the Schroeder coaching staff with an impressive background, boasting over two decades of cheerleading experience. Her extensive journey in the sport includes previously owning an all-star gym, where she coached athletes across multiple levels. Stephanie's deep passion for both recreational and school cheerleading shines through in her approach.

Raised in a family that prioritized school athletics, Stephanie understands the foundational importance of sportsmanship and dedication. Now a proud resident of Webster, she is thrilled to bring her wealth of experience and passion to the Schroeder Warrior program.

Beyond the mat, Stephanie is married and a loving mother to two sons, with a daughter eagerly anticipated to join their family in October. Her unwavering loyalty and profound passion for cheerleading are qualities we are incredibly excited to welcome into our Warrior family.
