Terms of Use

By accessing WebStatus Radar, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. This platform is intended for personal, non-commercial use only.

1. Prohibited Conduct

You may not engage in any activity that interferes with the proper functioning of the Radar. This includes, but is not limited to, unauthorized access to our database logic or attempting to bypass the Geolocation-based filtering. Any attempt to scrape, crawl, or ingest this data into AI training sets, large language models, or automated status-tracking bots is strictly prohibited and constitutes a violation of our intellectual property rights.

2. User Responsibility

While we strive for accuracy, WebStatus Radar is a supplementary tool. Users are responsible for their own navigation decisions based on the status indicators provided. We do not guarantee the performance of third-party platforms.

3. Intellectual Property

All logic, branding, and the "Radar" methodology are the exclusive property of WebStatus Radar. Reproduction of this interface or its unique status-reporting descriptions is prohibited.

Privacy Policy

WebStatus Radar is built on the principle of data minimization. We do not track individuals; we monitor the web.

1. Personal Data Collection

We do not collect, store, or sell personal data. We do not require account registration, email addresses, or phone numbers to access the monitoring dashboard. Your identity remains anonymous throughout your session.

2. Children's Privacy

WebStatus Radar does not knowingly collect or solicit any "personal information" (as defined by the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act) from anyone under the age of 13. Our platform is a general audience tool for monitoring web accessibility. If you are under 13, please do not attempt to send any personal data about yourself to us. In the event that we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under age 13, we will delete that information as quickly as possible.

3. Geolocation Processing

The "Local Discovery" feature utilizes your browser's Geolocation API. This process is entirely client-side. The specific latitude and longitude coordinates are never transmitted to our servers, nor are they logged in any permanent database. The mapping of your location to regional services (such as identifying that you are near a specific retail chain) happens within your browser's memory and is cleared upon closing the tab.

4. Cookies and Tracking

We do not use tracking cookies, pixel tags, or third-party marketing scripts. Unlike traditional AI-powered search engines, we do not build user profiles or monitor your cross-site activities.

5. Data Security

Because we do not store personal information, your risk of data breach on this platform is effectively zero. We prioritize the integrity of the status reports over the collection of user metrics.
