Welcome to my website!

I'm a Professor in the Physics & Astronomy Department at Washburn University, in Topeka, Kansas

I teach introductory astronomy, astrobiology, and physical science, as well as upper division physics courses.

I also lead the Washburn Astrobiophysics research group, which includes faculty and students here at Washburn. Broadly speaking, we study effects on the Earth's atmosphere and biosphere by astrophysical sources of radiation.
