JULIETH SAAVEDRA
I am mathematician with special interest in geometry specifically G2 geometry. My research has focused on G2-geometry particularly geometric flows of G2-structures. I am interested in manifolds with special holonomy, focussing on the exceptional cases of G2. In particular, I study geometric flows on contact Calabi-Yau manifolds.
Previously I obtained my PhD in Mathematics from Campinas univerity. I wrote my thesis under the joint supervision of Henrique Sa Earp.
I am a postdoctoral fellow at the Institute of Claude Bernard Lyon I university-France working with Eveline Legendre part Math/Amsud research group. My research is funded by a CAPES grant and it is related to Sasakian manifolds.
