You will start this project by doing some preliminary research and selecting a topic to present to the class. Once you have selected a topic you must get it approved by your instructor. You will use at a minimum one of the provided sources in your presentation. However, you are not limited to these sites.
NOTE: All sources you select outside of what is provided must be scholarly and or from a reputable source. NO WIKIPEDIA.
Once Your topic is approved you will then be given the rest of the day to research the provided websites and develop a mind map or flow chart for your presentation. You may use mindmup, lucidchart or canva to create your mind map or flow chart. You will submit this in your class’s Microsoft Teams channel.
During day 2 you will use Microsoft PowerPoint, Google Slides or Piktochart to create your presentation. Your presentation must include:
a. Title
b. Identify your topic and how it related to one of the four general areas
c. Describe how the system operates or how it is constructed
d. Describe the physics principals associated with the systems construction or operation
e. Identify any safety concerns applicable to the components or operation
f. Provide a summary of all the information presented
g. Works Cited
NOTE: Review the rubric to ensure you don’t miss anything.
You will present your project to the class. Your presentations should be between five and 15 Minutes. If you need to go longer get pre approval from your instructor.
