Download a plugin for photoshop

You can download a plugin of WebP image format for your Photoshop and below are the two download links that you can use for it.

For 32bit;

Copy the WebP Format 64.8 bi file by extracting the zip file

Move the extracted file into the Plugins folder which is inside the Photoshop installation folder
