• Appropriate practices that will enable you to make your customers feel comfortable during your lesson. 

• Dos and don'ts and important lesson guidelines you must follow in order to ensure fun and satisfying lessons for your customers.

We will finally explain how we can give fun lessons by letting customers experience growth and progress. 

You will learn how to effectively teach your customers the English language by learning the important teaching guidelines and proper lesson flow for conducting fun lessons.

Here are some reminders for the highest failing criteria: 

I. Introduction and Building Rapport

• Maximum of 2 minutes introduction 

• Start with Connection Check (Can you hear me? Can you see me?)

• Exchange names with the customer 

• Ask the lesson material to use

• Building Rapport - Ask 2-3 question 

II. Correcting and Guiding the customer

• Always guide the customer by giving hints and examples 

• Simplify your words

• Maximize the use of Student's chat box

• Maximize the use of Mouse Pointer

III. Feedback Delivery

• Use Sandwich Method

• Give comprehensive feedback to the customer
