c. Local Storage (Room Database & DataStore) Inventro primarily stores your data locally on your device using Room Database and Jetpack DataStore. This data remains on your device unless you perform a manual export or sync (if applicable).

•Storage/Files: Used to export or import inventory data (e.g., Excel/Spreadsheet files created via Apache POI).
•Camera/Media: Used via the Coil library to allow you to attach photos to your inventory items.
•Internet: Used for app stability monitoring or potential synchronization features.
3. Third-Party Services
We use third-party libraries that may collect data:
•Coil: For image loading and caching.
•Google Play Services: Used for app distribution and basic telemetry.
•Apache POI: Used internally for processing document exports; it does not collect personal data independently.
4. Data Retention and Deletion
•Local Data: Since data is stored locally on your device, you can delete it at any time by clearing the App Cache/Data in your device settings or by uninstalling the App.
•Exported Files: Any files you export (e.g., Excel reports) are stored in your device's file system and are managed by you.
