We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to offer the time slot to another client.
Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be subject to a fee.
No-Shows: Clients who miss their appointment without notice may be charged the full session fee.
