Prime Life Tools LABS built the WebCast Pro app as an Ad-Supported app. This SERVICE is provided by Prime Life Tools LABS at no cost and is intended for use as is.

To provide the core functionality of casting media to your TV, WebCast Pro requires certain device permissions and utilizes local network technologies:
Local Network / Wi-Fi Access: The app needs to scan your local Wi-Fi network to discover and connect to available streaming devices (such as Smart TVs, Roku, Chromecast, and DLNA receivers). The app may run a local HTTP proxy server strictly on your device to ensure media compatibility with your TV. We do not collect, monitor, or store your network data externally.
Storage / Media Access: If you use the "Local Cast" feature to stream videos or photos stored on your device, the app requires read access to your local storage. These files are streamed directly from your phone to your TV over your local network and are never uploaded to our servers.
We use third-party advertising companies to serve ads when you visit our app. These companies may use information (not including your name, address, email address, or telephone number) about your visits to this and other apps in order to provide advertisements about goods and services of interest to you.

Your Privacy Rights (GDPR & CPRA) Depending on your location (such as the European Economic Area or California), you have the right to access, delete, or restrict the use of your personal data. We want to inform you that whenever you use our Service, in a case of an error in the app we collect data and information (through third-party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing our Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics. This data is strictly used to fix bugs and improve the app's stability.

Because WebCast Pro does not require user accounts or logins, we do not store any of your personal data on our servers. All app settings, browsing history, and favorites are stored locally on your device. You can completely delete this data at any time by clearing the app's data or cache in your device's native settings, or by simply uninstalling the application.
These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age. In the case we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we will be able to do the necessary actions.
