Weatherboys is an independent alternative/pop band based in Florida, bringing a fresh and energetic sound to the indie scene. The band consists of Jacob Da Costa, Bryce Ouzts, Emma Claire, & Aidan Suarez. They don’t play anything, they just sing. Their journey began in the Winter of 2024 after Jacob & Aidan met Bryce at a Mustard Service concert, beginning the band. Later meeting Emma through the craziest miracle of convenience the band finally started to take off with its true direction. Weatherboys strives to provide upbeat & emotion evoking songs to engage with the audience. They will also sing in Spanish if you ask them nicely.
Drawing inspiration from artists like The Backseat Lovers, One Direction, The 1975, and Flipturn, Weatherboys tries to create a combination of unique sound derived from Alternative rock and pop that, without a doubt, keeps everyone on their feet.
Known for their eccentric performances, Weatherboys has played all over Florida with bands like Ben Katzmam & Degreaser, Bendigo Fletcher, Hello Sister, KAYKO, and Daniel Nunlee. They’ve even been part of Indie Night Live & Big Fest in Gainesville as well as kickstarting their own event series, Let’s Get Lei’d.
Their debut single, "What I Need," captures part of the music they strive to make while serving as a pop anthem to all exes who end on "good terms". They’re just getting started, continuing to write, play shows, and not practice so you may ask “what’s next?” Well wouldn’t you like to know.
"We do birthdays!"
