Mehmet Sami Aslangil ("we", "us", "our") developed Weather - Android TV (the "App") for Android phones, tablets, and Android TV devices. This Privacy Policy explains what information is collected, how it is used, and what choices you have when using the App.
By using the App, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the App.

The App does not display advertisements and does not use third-party analytics or tracking SDKs.
2.3 Information Sent for Weather ServicesTo provide weather forecasts, the App sends the city or location name you select to our weather data provider over a secure connection (HTTPS). The returned data may include city, region, country, coordinates, and local time related to that location.
3. How We Use Information
We use collected information only to:- Display current weather, hourly, and daily forecasts- Remember your last searched city and saved favorites- Store your preferences for a better user experience- Respond to support requests sent to our email address
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.
4. Third-Party Services
Weather information is supplied by WeatherAPI.com (WeatherAPI Ltd.), available at https://www.weatherapi.com/
When you request weather for a city, that query is transmitted to WeatherAPI.com. Their handling of data is governed by their own privacy policy:https://www.weatherapi.com/privacy.aspx
Weather icons and related images may be loaded from URLs provided by the weather service. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party websites or services.
5. Data Storage and Security
Most App data — including search history, favorites, and preferences — is stored locally on your device using Android's built-in storage. We do not maintain a central server database of your searches or favorites.
Depending on your device settings, locally stored App data may be included in Android system backups. We do not directly access those backups.
Weather requests are transmitted using HTTPS. While we take reasonable steps to protect information, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
6. Data Retention
Data stored on your device remains until you remove it from within the App, clear the App's storage in device settings, or uninstall the App. Search history is limited to a maximum number of recent entries stored locally on your device.
7. Your Rights and Choices
You may:- Delete cities from your search history or favorites within the App- Clear all App data through Android Settings- Uninstall the App to remove locally stored information- Contact us with privacy-related questions or requests at flagapplicationcompany@gmail.com
Where applicable under local law (such as GDPR), you may have additional rights to access, correct, or request deletion of personal data we process. Contact us and we will respond within a reasonable time.
8. Children's Privacy
The App is not directed to children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at flagapplicationcompany@gmail.com.
9. International Use
The App may be used in different countries. City search data sent to WeatherAPI.com may be processed on servers located outside your country. By using the App, you understand that necessary data may be transferred internationally to provide the weather service.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the "Last Updated" date at the top. Continued use of the App after changes are posted means you accept the updated policy.
