* Google Play Services: Used for location retrieval and App functionality. Google's Privacy Policy.

* Open-Meteo API: Used to fetch weather and marine data based on your coordinates.

* Google Gemini AI: We may send anonymized coordinates (latitude/longitude) to Google Gemini to calculate coastal distances and seaweed indices. No personally identifiable information (PII) is sent to this service.

4. Data Retention

We do not store your location history on our servers. Your location is used in real-time to fetch data and is only cached locally on your device to improve App performance. You can clear this cache at any time using the App's "Exit" function.

5. Your Choices and Controls

* Location Permissions: You can grant or revoke location permissions at any time through your device settings. If you revoke permissions, certain features (like local weather) will not function.

* App Deletion: You can stop all collection of information by the App by uninstalling it.

6. Security

We value your trust in providing us your information, thus we are striving to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. But remember that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable.
