1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy explains how Bass Apps (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you use the Weary mobile application (“App”).
Weary is an AI-powered virtual fitting room and wardrobe assistant. By using the App, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
2. Who We Are
App name: Weary
Developer: Bass Apps
Contact email: bassappsinfo@gmail.com
We do not operate a user account or login system. The App is designed to work primarily on your device.
3. Information We Collect
3.1 Information you provide
- Photos and images — model photos, clothing photos, and images you import from your gallery, camera, share menu, product links, or brand browsing inside the App.
- Product links and shared content — URLs, text, or images you paste or share into the App from other applications (for example, a product page from a browser or social app).
- Wardrobe data — categories, AI-generated descriptions of garments, outfit suggestions, and related metadata stored locally in your digital wardrobe.
- Onboarding and app preferences — such as whether you have completed the welcome tour.
3.2 Information collected automatically
- Device and usage data — app interactions, screen views, feature usage, subscription funnel events, crash/diagnostic signals, and similar analytics data.
- Purchase-related data — subscription plan viewed, selected, purchased, or failed; transaction identifiers and pricing metadata processed through our subscription provider.
- Device identifiers — such as advertising ID and install referrer, where permitted by your device settings and applicable law, for analytics and attribution.
3.3 Sensitive information
Photos you upload may include images of your body or face. We treat this information carefully because it may be considered personal or sensitive depending on your jurisdiction.
We do not intentionally collect government ID numbers, precise real-time location, contacts, SMS content, or payment card numbers. Payments are handled by Google Play.
4. How We Use Information
We use information to:
- Provide core features, including virtual try-on, AI outfit suggestions, wardrobe organization, and product import.
- Send images and related prompts to AI services to generate try-on results, classify garments, and describe clothing.
- Load third-party product pages inside the App so you can add items to your wardrobe.
- Process subscriptions and verify premium access.
- Measure app performance, understand feature usage, and improve the App.
- Respond to support requests and enforce our terms.
5. AI Processing
To power AI features, the App may send the following to Google Gemini (Google Cloud / Google AI):
- Your model photo(s)
- Clothing image(s)
- Text prompts (for example, occasion-based outfit requests)
- AI-generated or derived garment descriptions
This data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS) to Google’s servers for processing. We do not operate our own AI servers.
Google’s use of data is governed by Google’s policies. You can review Google’s privacy information at: https://policies.google.com/privacy
Important: AI-generated try-on results are approximations for styling purposes only. Do not rely on them as medical, sizing, or identity verification tools.
Some classification may also occur on your device using on-device machine learning (for example, ML Kit or MediaPipe) before or instead of cloud processing in certain flows.
6. Local Storage
Most wardrobe content is stored locally on your device, including:
- Model photos
- Wardrobe item images
- JSON metadata for wardrobe and models
- App preferences
You can delete this data at any time from Settings in the App (for example, “Clear wardrobe”, “Clear models”, or “Reset everything”).
Android backup may be enabled for the App. If device backup is turned on, some app data may be included in your device or Google account backup according to your system settings.
7. Third-Party Services
We use trusted third-party providers that may collect or process information according to their own privacy policies:
| Service | Purpose |
| Google Gemini API | Virtual try-on, garment classification, outfit suggestions, text descriptions |
| Google Firebase Analytics | Usage and screen analytics |
| Meta (Facebook) SDK | App events and subscription funnel analytics |
| RevenueCat | Subscription management and entitlement verification |
| Google Play Install Referrer / Advertising ID | Attribution and analytics, where allowed |
We may add or change service providers as the App evolves. Material changes will be reflected in an updated version of this policy.

8. Permissions
The App may request or use the following permissions:
| Permission | Why we use it |
| Internet | AI processing, subscriptions, analytics, loading brand/product pages |
| Camera | Capture model or clothing photos |
| Vibrate | Optional haptic feedback |
When you import photos, the App may access images you explicitly select through the system photo picker or share sheet. We do not access your entire photo library without your action.
9. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information.
We may share information only:
- With service providers listed above, to operate the App
- With Google when you use AI features
- When required by law, legal process, or government request
- To protect the rights, safety, and security of users, Bass Apps, or others
- In connection with a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, with notice where required by law
Because there is no Bass Apps login system, we generally do not maintain a centralized profile of you on our own servers.
10. Data Retention
- On-device data remains on your device until you delete it or uninstall the App.
- Analytics and subscription providers retain data according to their own retention schedules.
- Support communications are kept only as long as needed to resolve your request.
11. Your Rights and Choices
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to:

- Object to or restrict certain processing
- Withdraw consent where processing is consent-based
- Opt out of certain analytics or personalized advertising through device settings (for example, “Opt out of Ads Personalization” on Android)

To exercise your rights, contact us at bassappsinfo@gmail.com. We may need to verify your request.
You can also:

12. Children’s Privacy
Weary is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact bassappsinfo@gmail.com and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
13. International Data Transfers
If you use the App outside the country where our service providers are located, your information may be transferred to and processed in other countries, including the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers.
14. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect information, including encrypted network transport for cloud AI requests. No method of storage or transmission is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
15. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. If changes are material, we may provide additional notice in the App or on our policy page. Continued use of the App after an update means you accept the revised policy.
