My name is Sarah, mum to one fur baby and two human babies. I became truly aware of babywearing when my first son was born in 2021 and haven't looked back! Here are a few facts about me...
π» I have two boys, Arthur who is two years old and Albert who is five months old
π» I have a lovely cat called Hades
π» I have been a qualified midwife since March 2017 but have been involved in the midwifery world since my mid-teens
π» I was diagnosed as autistic when I was seventeen
π» I am an avid crafter (knit, crochet, cross stitch, clothes making)
π» I'm a big fan of Harry Potter, Lord of the Rings and Star Wars
π» I completed my babywearing consultancy course in September
I am a big believer in the power of education. I feel that the greatest tool in our arsenal is a wealth of information. As a midwife I ensure that all of the families I care for have access to everything they need to make an informed decision about their care. My own personal experience of the NHS maternity system and their partner agencies has encouraged me to expand my knowledge base and help others to do the same.Β
