Weston educators have always taken pride in Weston Public Schools being a premier district. In order to continue that excellence, Weston educators are seeking a fair cost-of-living adjustment, reflective of inflation. Such an adjustment is crucial to ensure our educators can continue to maintain living expenses during this high inflationary time. It's important to have salaries competitive with neighboring districts in order support the excellent educational environment to which Weston is accustomed.
