His passion for service extends far beyond business. A lifelong community advocate, Andy has spent his career working in workforce development and housing, helping individuals and families gain access to meaningful opportunities and secure, stable living conditions.

Andy has also volunteered extensively — from teaching English to English Learners in Chelsea and surrounding cities, to coordinating youth entrepreneurial programs that empower the next generation of leaders. His work as a resource distributor has connected countless residents with essential services and support.
