How does it work?
On the day of your appointment, drop off your laundry to M-0 during 10 minutes before the first period bell (8:15 am - 8:25 am). Then, got to first period.
Check in with your advisory, show your teacher your confirmation and ask to be dismissed to the laundromat to start your wash cycle. You must finish putting all items to the designated washing machine within the Advisory period.
5 minutes before lunch time (12:50 pm) show your confirmation email to your teacher and politely ask to be dismissed early to M-0 to move your laundry to the assigned dryer - then go enjoy your lunch.
5 minutes before the end of school (3:20 pm), show your confirmation email to your 6th period teacher and politely ask to be dismissed to M-0 to move your laundry out of the dryer. You will have until 4:00 pm to fold and pack your items.
2. What happens if I am late to any of my appointments?
If you are late to any of your scheduled times, you may find M-0 locked and no staff available to help your. If you are running late, contact the Falcon Nest or Front Office to see how we can help you.
3. How many loads of laundry can I do per reservation slot?
You can only do one load of laundry (in accordance to the machine capacity) per appointment.
4. What can I do if I have multiple loads of laundry?
If you have multiple loads of laundry, you can bring one load for one appointment and book another appointment for your second load.
Please note, if staff determines you are overloading the machines, you may be asked to only do a partial load for your appointment.
5. Does the Falcon Laundromat provide detergent and fabric softener?
The Falcon Laundromat does not provide detergent/fabric softener/dryer sheets. If you need assistance, please contact the Falcon Nest prior to your reservation.
6. What type of detergent can I use?
We prefer that only liquid High Efficiency (HE) detergent be used. If you have questions or need assistance, please contact the Falcon Nest prior to your reservation day.
7. I forgot to move my laundry from Washer/Dryer, what can I do?
Moving your laundry is your responsibility. If you forget to move your laundry, family will be contacted and asked to pick it up in the state it is in the day of or next day. In the event laundry is not picked up in 3 calendar days, items may be donated.
Please be aware, repeated forgetful moves may lead to you being banned from using the Falcon Laundromat.
8. Will there be after school slots?
Yes, but not supported at this time.
9. Will there be Saturday School slots?
Yes, but not supported at this time.
