wDual ("us", "we", or "our") operates (the "Site") and several iOS apps ("Apps"), such as Packing (+TO DO!), wDual, among others. This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use and disclosure of Personal and Anonymous Information we receive from users of the Site and these Apps.

There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users

We use your Information only for providing and improving the Site. By using the Site, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

Information Collection

We do not collect any personally identifiable information about you. In other words, we do not collect information such as your name, address, phone number or email address.

We do not knowingly contact or collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us so we can promptly obtain parental consent or remove the information.

We are use your location.

The security of your Information is important to us, but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

Links To Other Sites

Our Site may contain links to other sites that are not operated by us. If you click on a third party link, you will be directed to that third party's site. We strongly advise you to review the Privacy Policy of every site you visit.

wDual has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party sites or services.

Logging on to or sending messages from Twitter, Facebook & email from our Site or Apps are handled exclusively by those services, apps or the iOS device itself, not by our Site or Apps. We do not process, store or have access to any login passwords or customer data.

Links to the App Store from our Site and Apps are sent through the Apple iTunes affiliate program partner Performance Horizon Group (PHG). Code or cookies may be used to track the performance of wDual marketing efforts, but no personally identifiable information is collected. In-app Purchases

In-app Purchases in our Apps are handled exclusively by Apple and its App Store. We do not process, store or have access to any login passwords or customer data.

Alerts

The only out-of-app alerts you may receive from any of wDual apps would be those that you, the user, have created & scheduled. If you wish, you can also block our Apps' access to Local Notifications via the iOS device's Settings app.

iCloud

Some of our Apps offer Apple's iCloud auto-syncing service. If you choose to use this optional feature, please note that all syncing & transmission of in-app data, such as lists, catalogs, images, alerts & user settings, is handled exclusively by Apple. Communication

If you send us correspondence, including e-mails and faxes, we may retain such information along with any records of your account. We may also retain customer service correspondence and other correspondence involving you, wDual, our partners, and our suppliers. We may retain these records in order to provide you with services you request, to measure and improve our customer service, and to investigate potential fraud and violation of wDual Terms of Use. We may, over time, delete these records.

Changes To This Privacy Policy

wDual may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on the Site. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes.
