Have fun- Basketball should be an enjoyable experience for everyone at all levels.
Great Communication- Players need to communicate with each other on the court. Coaches need to communicate with each player to know their strengths, weaknesses, role, and how to improve and WHY.
Help your teammates up- When your teammate dives on the floor or gets knocked down, sprint to pick him up.
Sprint Back on Defense- No easy transition baskets for opposing teams.
Box Out every possession- Finish defensive possessions with a great box out.
Point out good passes- Let your teammate know if he makes a good pass.
*** Our goal is to follow these standards for each level of Bobcat Basketball.
