IBN

A group of certified, classified, administrator district employees meet 5-6 times during the school year to provide recommendations to the WESD School Board.  The group is also made up of other resource district employees that apply the IBN process and address a variety of issues: salary, compression, class size, working conditions and other anomaly concerns effecting WESD staff.  WDEA has a seat at the IBN table.  Contact Us with questions or interest in IBN.
