Visa Information

AsiaCCS 2026 will be held 1–5 June 2026 in India. If you require a visa to attend, please submit your information as soon as possible using the official forms prepared by the AsiaCCS 2026 organizers.

Who should fill which form?

• Authors (and coauthors) of accepted WDC’26 papers:

What to prepare:

Have your passport and basic travel details ready (e.g., full name as on passport, affiliation, anticipated travel dates), as requested in the forms.

Important notes:

• Submitting the correct form helps the AsiaCCS 2026 organizers generate the necessary documentation to support your visa application.

• This visa process is in addition to your WDC’26 camera-ready deadline (1 April 2026, 11:59 PM AoE) and author registration.

• Visa rules and processing times vary by country. Please apply as early as possible to your local Indian Mission/Consulate.
