This is not an official WDA event, but I wanted to place this clean-up event on the calendar. Keep Knoxville Beautiful is partnering with Trees Knoxville to host this Saturday's Spruce Up. Volunteers will be removing litter around the Oakwood Lincoln Park Neighborhood as part of the ReOak Oakwood Park initiative.

Graduate researchers who are looking for undergraduate research assistants will be hosting tables in Mossman to give a chance to undergrads looking for research to come and talk about their research and try to get positions.
March 8: Keep Knoxville Beautiful: North Knoxville Community Cleanup

Keep Knoxville Beautiful is Hosting their 7th annual North Knoxville Community Cleanup. Volunteers will be cleaning up litter on greenways, neighborhoods, and creeks. And this year they are partnering with Trees Knoxville to plant trees along Walker Blvd.
