Call for Vendors

Calling Technology Vendors for the 6th Annual West Central Minnesota Technology Conference!

The West Central Technology Conference (WCTC) planning team is accepting proposals for the 2023 West Central Technology Conference. The single day conference will take place in Alexandria, Minnesota on July 31, 2025 and again feature a variety of topics focusing on the latest trends in the technology industry. 

Come showcase your business at this great event with a captive audience of over 200 IT professionals from Minnesota, North Dakota, and South Dakota.

Booth Details

• Vendor spots are approximately 8 ft by 8 ft and are draped and curtained

• Each vendor spot comes with a 6 foot banquet table and chair

• Power is available upon request

• Each vendor spots Includes one lunch ticket.  Additional lunch tickets are $20

• We are currently limited to about 35 booth vendors for this show

• Setup - Morning of July 31st

• Vendor Show Noon until 4:30 p.m.

• Each vendor is required to supply one small prize for the vendor sponsored prize give-away at 4:30 p.m.

• The price for a single vendor booth is $100
