⚡ Gear Up: The 6th Annual WCTC Wants YOU!

Calling all innovators, disruptors, and tech pioneers! The West Central Technology Conference (WCTC) planning team is officially scouting for the best in the business to join us for our 2026 showcase.

If you’ve got the tech that makes IT pros drool, we’ve got the audience. We’re bringing together over 200 captive IT professionals from across Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota, and Iowa for a day of deep dives into the latest industry trends.

The Booth Lowdown

We provide the canvas; you bring the "wow" factor. Here is what you need to know:

• Your Home Base: A sleek 8' x 8' draped and curtained spot.

• The Essentials: Every booth comes with a 6-foot banquet table and a chair (perfect for resting after all those demos).

• Power Up: Need juice for your gear? Electricity is available upon request!

• Lunch is on Us: Each booth includes one lunch ticket. (Bringing a sidekick? Extra lunch tickets are just $20).

• The Investment: Just $100 for a single vendor booth.

The Game Plan

• Setup: Rise and shine! Setup is the morning of July 30th.

• Showtime: The floor is yours from Noon until 4:30 p.m.

• The Big Finale: At 4:30 p.m., we host the legendary Vendor Prize Giveaway. We require each vendor to supply one small prize to keep the excitement—and your brand—top of mind!

To keep things high-quality and high-impact, we are strictly limiting the floor to 40 vendors. Spots in the Heartland’s favorite tech hub fill up faster than a fiber-optic connection, so don't wait!
