Regular Participants

The early registration fee for regular participants who book their hotel through a WCNP reservation procedure on the Accommodations web page is $650. The early registration fee for those not booking their hotel through the WCNP is $850. The early registration cut-off date is November 1, 2024. After the early cut-off date, regular registration fees for participants who book through the WCNP link and those that do not are $750 and $950, respectively.

Graduate Students and Post-Docs

The early registration fee for graduate students and post-docs who book their hotel through a WCNP reservation procedure on the Accommodations web page is $450. The early registration fee for those not booking their hotel through the WCNP link is $650. The early registration cut-off date is November 1, 2024. After the early cut-off date, regular registration fees for graduate students and post-docs who book their hotel through the WCNP link and those that do not are $550 and $750, respectively.

All fees are in U.S. dollars.
The fee covers refreshments prior to and during the morning and afternoon sessions, an ocean-side social hour following the afternoon sessions, and the banquet Wednesday night. There is no registration fee for spouses, partners, children, etc., and all are welcome to attend the evening social hours.

Registration cancellation: If you need to cancel your registration after you have already paid, we will be happy to return your registration fee, less a non-refundable $100 administrative fee.

Note: When you register for the meeting, you will be redirected to Givebutter. Your registration fees will be classified as a “donation” to WCNP, as it operates as a non-profit organization.
