Paper submission

Submission guidelines

Prospective authors are invited to submit technical papers of their previously unpublished work. Accepted workshop papers will be part of the Conference Proceedings and will be uploaded to IEEE Xplore.

All submissions must be made via EDAS

Submission format

Authors are required to make sure that the PDF file and the EDAS registration page of a submitted paper have the same list of authors, title, and abstract (minor wording differences in the abstract are ok). Failure to comply with this rule may lead to the withdrawal of your paper from the review process. Please note that the authors list of an accepted paper CANNOT be changed in the final manuscript.

All submissions should be written in English with a maximum paper length of eight (8) printed pages (10-point font) including figures. The papers exceeding 6 pages will be subject to additional charges per extra page. Papers exceeding 8 pages will not be accepted at EDAS.

More information are available at paper submission guidelines

Final manuscript submission guidelines

Authors of accepted papers may refer to the guidelines available at instructions for camera ready papers. The deadline for submitting final papers is March 15th, 2019. The submission of camera ready papers has to be handled with EDAS and authors need to be registered first. The deadline for registration is March 10th, 2019. Please follow the instructions given in the link above, but keep in mind the following:

  • Modify your manuscript accordingly to the reviewer comments
  • Register to the workshop by March 10th, 2019
  • Generate your final pdf with the IEEE PDF eXpress tool, without waiting the last moment to do so; generation and verifications can take a while if servers are overloaded.
