Please keep in mind that TRiO SSS will only purchase one cap and gown for you.

Commencement for Academic Year 2024 will be held on May 9 and 10, 2025 in the Gene Bahnsen Gymnasium on the Wharton Campus.

WCJC hosts three ceremonies:

• Associate of Applied Science - Allied Health Programs: May 9th at 2:00 PM

• Associate of Arts & Associate of Science: May 10th at 10:00 AM

• Associate of Applied Science - Technical and Vocational Programs: May 10th at 2:00 PM

Doors will open at 8:30 am for the 10 am ceremony and at 12:30 pm for the 2 pm ceremonies. Reserved seating is prohibited. Please urge your family and friends to arrive early.

Commencement will be live-streamed to the Fine Arts Auditorium on the Wharton Campus to provide overflow seating, as needed.
