Administration

The Administration Division provides departmental leadership, planning, supervision, programmatic oversight, support staffing, accounting and budget management. It is responsible for communications, community health assessment, policies, enforcement, data management, community partnership, planning, preparedness, seeking funds and workforce development.

AmeriCorps Members

AmeriCorps members are part of the Wisconsin HealthCorps program and start their year of service in August.

WCHD seeks funding sources through grants and collaborative opportunities. This philosophy and the merger of 2012 has allowed our table of organization to add administrative staff specialists for communications, preparedness and planning since 2016. In 2018 we added another specialist to the budget that will coordinate staff work on Public Health Policy and Equity issues.
