Architectural Review Process and Guidelines
A reserve study is a long-term planning tool that evaluates a community’s major components and determines how much funding should be set aside for their repair and replacement over time. Virginia law (§ 55.1-1826) requires this study to be performed at least every five years.
Stormwater ponds help protect our neighborhood from flooding. Learn how they work and how homeowners can help maintain them.
WE LOVE OUR PETS--AND OUR NEIGHBORS!
Please clean up after your pets and keep waste off neighbors' lawns and common areas. Carry bags, pick up waste, and dispose of it in your trashcan.
RVs and motorhomes are not permitted in driveways or on streets. York County also prohibits parking these vehicles on public streets. Alternative parking and storage are the responsibility of each homeowner.
To help preserve the beauty and character of our neighborhood, periodic inspections are conducted throughout
the year.
