120 hours of classroom and laboratory instruction
American Heart Association CPR
Hands-on experience drawing blood, handling needles, test tubes, and vials
Requirements:
U.S. REAL ID or
U.S. Passport
U.S. Birth Certificate
DHS-issued documentation verifying immigration status (IE: permanent resident card (I-551), refugee/asylee documentation, employment authorization document (EAD/work permit), etc)
Native American tribal document (tribe must be federally recognized)
High School Diploma or GED
Proof of signed social security card
Personal health insurance
Submission of tuberculosis screening and required immunizations.
Pass Drug Screen
Pass Background Check
Commitment to completing coursework and obtaining employment
