Peppermint Bark

Ingredients

1 package (16 ounce) white chocolate almond bark

1 package (16 ounce) chocolate almond bark

1 teaspoon peppermint extract, divided

⅓ cup candy canes, crushed

Instructions

Line baking sheet with parchment paper, leave 2-3 inches extra to easily remove.

Add chocolate almond bark to medium size microwave safe bowl. Heat for 1 minute, stir. Continue heating for 10-20 seconds at a time, stirring after each heating. Stop heating just before all chocolate is melted. Stir until completely melted. Add ½ teaspoon peppermint extract and stir until well combined

Spread melted chocolate evenly onto prepared baking sheet.

Repeat steps for melting chocolate with white almond bark. Add ½ teaspoon peppermint extract and stir until well combined. Spread melted white chocolate evenly on top of chocolate layer. Immediately add crushed candy canes.

Break into pieces; Store in airtight container.
