Westmoreland County Association of School Librarians

The Westmoreland County Association of School Librarians (WCASL) is a thoroughly versed organization that concentrates on the betterment of its members and the school librarians of Westmoreland County and a Pennsylvania School Librarian Association (PSLA) affiliate. We are a professional support system for problems and concerns you may be facing as a librarian. In addition, WCASL organizes two yearly meetings in order to help members meet, discuss issues, and to direct the focus of WCASL. We are proud of our continued support of the successful annual Westmoreland County Interscholastic Reading Competition for student in middle/junior high and senior high schools. Librarians, whether elementary or secondary, will agree that the Westmoreland County Association of School Librarians is a unique and helpful organization that concentrates on its member.
