Please revise configuration file (.cfg) for the experiments. Most important parameter change is "SEIDecodedPictureHash", which has to be explicitly set to 1. (By default, the encoder sets this parameter to 0.) To do so, please use revised config file file for your further experiment (do not use 20180725 version but use 20180726 version).

Alternatively, you can use the command line option "--SEIDecodedPictureHash=1" or "-dph 1" after specifying cfg file e.g.,

% EncoderApp -c foo.cfg -dph 1

The reason for this change is because all anchor data are encoded with SEIDecodedPictureHash be 1.

Sorry for any confusions caused.

Even though you've completed your experiments with SEIDecodedPictureHash be 0, there's no need to re-encode. (see FAQ/TIPS)
