Equipped with a wide array of empirical microeconometric tools and a deep understanding of science policy, industrial economics, and political economy, my research foci are competition economics and science policy evaluation. I hold a PhD from DICE at Heinrich Heine University. I'm globally connected and do research, consulting, public speaking, and science communication.

Aug 22: I have been selected as a Lecturer and Scholar Participant in the Don Lavoie Fellowship on Political Economy at the Mercatus Center at George Mason University.
July 17: I joined the NSF-funded research project EAGER: PBI: Paving the Path to Market: The Role of Place-Based Innovation in R&D Product Availability alongside David Campbell (Elsevier-ADS, PI) and Jiajie Xu (U Iowa, Co-PI)
July 10: My paper "On Corporate Cartels as Common Pool Resources" has been published in the Journal of Competition Law & Economics (Oxford UP).
July 9: I have published the impulse paper "Antitrust is being challenged to guarantee the survival of innovation" in the LSE Business Review.
