The NYS Education Department recently adopted amendments to the following:
1. Criteria under which students with disabilities graduating from high school may be eligible to earn a Local Diploma

2. Criteria for establishing an additional pathway for NYS residents to earn a NYS High School Equivalency (HSE) diploma
An amendment to the Commissioner's Regulation 100.7 establishing a fourth pathway for NYS residents to earn a NYS High School Equivalency (HSE) diploma went into effect on April 25, 2018.
