1.1. By using the services of Wash & Be Clean Auto Detailing (“WBC Detailing”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1.2. WBC Detailing reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Updates will be effective immediately upon posting to the website or communicated directly to the client.
2.1. WBC Detailing provides professional auto detailing services, including exterior washing, interior cleaning, polishing, and optional ceramic coatings.
2.2. Service packages are described on the website. All pricing is “Starting at”; final pricing is determined after vehicle condition and requested add-ons are assessed.
2.3. Advice or recommendations are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed results.
2.4. Excessive clutter/trash may incur additional fees at WBC Detailing’s discretion.
3.1. Accepted payment methods: Cash, check, Venmo, PayPal.
3.2. Payment is due upon service completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
3.3. Late payments may incur additional fees at WBC Detailing’s discretion.
4.1. Clients must disclose all known vehicle issues that might impact detailing.
4.2. WBC Detailing is not responsible for pre-existing mechanical or cosmetic damage.
4.3. High-correction services depend on vehicle condition.
5.1. No refunds provided.
5.2. Owner personally addresses service issues to ensure satisfaction.
5.3. Warning: Poor ceramic coating results often caused by improper prep, not product failure.
6.1. WBC Detailing is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
6.2. Liability limited to service cost.
6.3. Clients hold WBC Detailing harmless for misuse or failure to follow instructions.
6.4. No insurance coverage on vehicles or contents during service; risk solely on client.
6.5. Remove valuables prior to service; WBC Detailing not responsible for loss or damage.
6.6. Acceptance of service acknowledges these terms.
7.1. Mobile services by designated staff (owner’s two older sons).
7.2. Subject to these Terms & Conditions.
7.3. Locations must be safe and accessible.
8.1. Schedule appointments in advance.
8.2. Cancel or reschedule with at least 48 hours’ notice.
8.3. Same-day cancellations charged 100% fee.
8.4. Late arrivals may cause rescheduling or partial service.
9.1. Governed by Ohio law.
9.2. Disputes resolved in Ohio courts.
10.1. Booking constitutes agreement to Terms & Conditions.
10.2. Services per package; extras require approval and possible fee.
10.3. Full vehicle access and condition disclosures required.
