The Maison Internationale Universitaire (MIU) is about a 15-minute walk from Clermont-Ferrand railway station. The MIU is located very close to the conference venue, the Maison des Sciences Humaines. 

From Clermont-Ferrand airport, the easiest way to reach the MIU is by taxi or Uber. The journey takes approximately 20 minutes.
