Our Community is overall very satisfied - We see similar satisfaction and engagement rates across the board year over year: overall satisfaction, responsiveness from our team, product transparency and information provided for testing.
The main motivation to participate remains the same - Early reveal to new features and help improve the product. The average community member is a once-a-month type contributor and ~3% of the users are “super testers” who contribute daily.
