WAYFARER has a three-tiered trait system ; Craftables, Traits and Variants !
Traits must be followed as per their visual, a Weedle / Shiny is indeed a Shiny Weedle ! It is not a 'color your own Weedle'
Regular Traits exist within all of our rollers, some with certain specific odds. We use a mathematical Standardized Unit (SI) system to give accurate, exact percentage odds to our Traits to ensure a fair yet rewarding system !
- Traits are defined by primarily focusing on colors / aesthetics, and by combining them you can create more diverse color palettes ! Some Traits cannot be rolled and only applied via crafting. Traits do not restrict you from changing the shape language of your Pokemon.
Traits do not effect the Shape Language of your Pokemon, so go crazy with stretching the anatomy of your Pokemon !
Eye Colors can be ANY color UNLESS a trait restricts it.
Default Colors can be any game's Default excluding Gen 1.
- Variants on the other hand are far more drastic, changing shapes and even types ! These traits are locked behind our Event Shops and Banners, not appearing in our regular rollers by default. A new Mutation will be added once a month minimum. Some Mutations cannot be rolled and only applied via crafting.
Traits do not effect the Shape Language of your Pokemon, so go crazy with stretching the anatomy of your Pokemon !
This Typhlosion / Default is a great example of how expressive you can be with shapes and markings ; Traits do not limit shape language, so go wild with your anatomy !
Traits do not restrict this, Variants only add to this. Wayfarer is an ARPG built on expressive shape language. You can always manipulate, bend, stretch, twist, pull, heighten, shorten, ect.. - the list goes on !
