About Us!

Waxwing is a four piece indie folk rock / soft rock band from Bangor, ME. Formed in late 2025, the band has been developing a set of original songs and select covers with an emphasis on thoughtful lyrics, layered harmonies, and an engaging live experience. We are currently in the midst of recording our debut album.

Our performances have included summer concert series, college radio events, and community events. We strive to play spaces that bring people together and provide an opportunity for audiences to listen and connect with the music.
