1. Access to Health and Fitness Data

To provide core functionality, our watch faces require access to specific health and fitness data from your wearable device.

• Data Types Accessed: Heart Rate (via android.permission.BODY_SENSORS), Step Counts, Calories burned, and other fitness activity data provided by the Wear OS platform (e.g., via Health Services or Sensors).

• Purpose of Access: This data is accessed solely to be displayed visually in real-time on the watch face as complications or dedicated indicators for the user’s convenience. It allows you to monitor your fitness progress at a glance.

• Method of Processing: All health and fitness data are processed locally on the device in real-time.

• Disclaimer: The health data accessed is for informational and fitness purposes only and is not intended for medical use, diagnosis, or treatment.

2. Collection, Storage, and Sharing

We adhere to a strict "No Collection" policy regarding sensitive health information:

• No Transmission: We do not collect, transmit, or upload any health or fitness data to external servers, cloud storage, or any third-party databases.

• No Sharing: We do not share, sell, or trade your health data with third parties, including advertisers or data brokers.

• No Storage: Your data is not cached or saved by the application. Once the watch face is closed or the data is updated, the previous values are not retained by our software.

3. User Control and Data Deletion

Since we do not store any data on our servers, there is no personal data to delete.

• Revoking Permissions: You have full control over your data. You can revoke the BODY_SENSORS or Activity Recognition permissions at any time via the Wear OS System Settings.

• Impact of Revocation: If permissions are revoked, the watch face will continue to function, but health-related indicators (like heart rate or step count) will remain empty or hidden.

4. Third-Party Services and SDKs

Our watch faces do not use any third-party analytics, advertising SDKs, or tracking tools that collect, monitor, or analyze user behavior or health information.

5. Compliance with Google Play Policy

We declare that our access to health data is limited to the features explicitly requested by the user (displaying metrics on the watch face) and is used in a manner consistent with the Google Play Developer Health Data Policy.
