This privacy policy is applicable to the Waves: Ripple Pond app (hereinafter referred to as "Application") for mobile devices, which was developed by Gabor Lovei (hereinafter referred to as "Service Provider") as a Free service. This service is provided "AS IS".

User Provided Information
The Application does not ask you for any personal information. There is no registration, no account and no sign-in. Touches on the screen are used only to draw ripples on the water in real time; they are not recorded, stored or sent anywhere.
Automatically Collected Information
The Application does not collect any information automatically. It contains no analytics, crash reporting or advertising components, and it does not request the Internet permission, so it has no means of sending data off your device. Your settings are kept in memory only while the Application is running and are not written to storage.
Does the Application collect precise real time location information of the device?
This Application does not gather any information about the location of your mobile device.
Do third parties see and/or have access to information obtained by the Application?
No. Because the Application does not obtain any information about you, there is nothing it can share with or transmit to third parties.

What are my opt-out rights?
There is no collection of information to opt out of. You can remove the Application at any time by uninstalling it, using the standard uninstall processes available on your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace.
Data Retention Policy, Managing Your Information

Children
The Service Provider does not use the Application to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13.

Security
Since the Application does not collect, store or transmit any personal information, there is no personal information held by the Service Provider that could be exposed in a security breach.

You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes, as continued use is deemed approval of all changes.
