What we are: Waverly Winds Farm, LLC (the”farm”) is an equine activity facility. It is available for horse owners to enjoy and participate in equine events and activities with minimal disruption. The goal is to provide a space unencumbered by nonequine activities.
What we are not: Waverly Winds Farm, LLC is not a dog park, nor a playground. Waverly Winds Farm, LLC does not provide supervision services for animals or children. Waverly Winds Farm, LLC is not a boarding facility. Temporary overnight and travel stays can be arranged. We can refer you to a local equine facility for long term boarding.

Fees: Standard Day use fee - $25.00 per participant. Cash or Check
Monthly use fee - $200.00 per participant. Unlimited use of obstacle course and arena during operating hours
Family Plan - $300.00 per month for up to 4 family members Unlimited use of obstacle course and arena during operating hours
Special event fees may vary. Standard fees paid to Waverly Winds Farm, LLC do not include access to special events.
Anyone accessing the property must sign The Waverly Winds Farm, LLC Rules and Regulations, as well as the Waiver and Release of Liability. NEGATIVE COGGINS IS REQUIRED. Must be presented before unloading horse(s).
Hours of operation:
Normal Operating Hours – we are open from 10am – 7:30PM Tuesday through Saturday, excluding holidays.
Participation during off hours may be arranged. Call for pricing.
Facility will be closed if inclement and/or severe weather is forecasted.
Clubs, Fundraisers, and Clinicians are welcome. Call for arrangements and requirements. Areas may be reserved for special events. It is HIGHLY recommended that you call ahead.
The farm is a single owner operation, if for some reason the Farm is closed during normal business operating hours. Notice will be provided on Waverly Winds Farm Facebook page
Tips for utilizing the trail course
If you do not understand an obstacle or need help, ask for assistance.
Go slowly when introducing your horse to a new obstacle. Have patience. Take small steps towards the goal. If the horse senses anger or frustration from you, the horse’s stress will increase.
Try not to burn your horse out on one obstacle. Once you have made a bit of progress on one, move to another. Return to a previous obstacle later.
Safety is a crucial part of Waverly Winds Farms, LLC operations. No disregard for safety will be tolerated. Safety rules are included in the Rules, Regulations, Safety pages.
