Rob Dipple - Managing Director

Rob has over 26 years experience of Business leadership in the sport, leisure and educational sector and has worked as both a Coach, Teacher and Operations executive over the course of his diverse career.

Having developed a forward thinking view to group collaboration he has been able to pioneer new ways of working together and enhancing the logistical capabilities of the wAVe brand, leading on all group operations and development on a daily basis.

Rob has also enjoyed a career at the highest level of football development and has worked at such prestigious clubs as Arsenal, Fulham and Manchester CIty/City Football Group

Adam Fahy - Manager and Head of Education / HAF Lead

Adam has worked at wAVe for almost 20 years and has led on many projects as well as spearheading new ventures for the group.  He is a fully qualified teacher and has  led and advised PE Departments in both Primary and Secondary schools in Greater London.

An advocate of staff wellbeing and mental health he leads on these areas as well as actively leading and overseeing sessions on many of our projects

Gemma Rose - Mini wAVe Experience Director

Gemma has over a decade of Teaching experience behind her prior to establishing Mini wAVe, Graduating from the University of Preston she has taught in several Primary settings and lead on Foundation Phase, ICT and PE.

She leads, on a daily basis, operations at Mini wAVe as well as offering her ongoing support across the brand bringing her wealth of experience to our many education offerings.
