Groceries
Feeding America will provide a box of pantry staples (1 per family, first come first serve). A small farmers market will be on site for families to choose free produce as well.

Prizes
Drivers who provide rides to people outside their household can enter to win prizes.
Health Screening
Eye exams, BMI assessment, blood pressure checks, blood sugar checks, range of motion screening, COVID-19 vaccines.

This event is hosted by Connecting Waupaca County Communities (CWCC), a subgroup of Be Well Waupaca County.
Connecting Waupaca County Communities' goal is to promote connectedness while enhancing dignity and quality of life by providing services, resources, and wellness for families and children, especially those belonging to underserved populations. We strive to build strong community networks by bringing partners and community members together to take part in a day filled with fun, family engagement, education, and empowerment for years to come.
